"I have purchased 4 polaris atv's out of town over the past 5 years because of previous unsatisfactory experiences that I had at Power Sports. I decided to give it one more try and buy a new Can-Am from you. You have really turned things around now. Shawn in your sales dept. was awesome. He did everything that he said he would. When I got there to pick up the new bike, everything was ready to go and the numbers were exactly as he said it would be. Your service and parts dept. have been excellent to deal with. I had a ride to go on by the weekend and they got me in and out of service before the scheduled time. Great place to buy an atv!!!"

"My first experiance with Stephen Wade was spectacular. I came in for a full set of riding gear after being out of the sport for many years. The staff was extremely helpfull, and pointed me towards a set of gear that I have been thrilled with. What shocked me even more, however, was when I pinched a tube on Saturday afternoon a few weeks later, and had given up on being able to ride that weekend. My wife placed a call to Stephen Wade, and they actually agreed to stay open late to give us time to get there just to purchase an inner-tube. That was fantastic, and has won my dedicated business. "I recently attended the Tri-State ATV rally in Sr. George Utah and I would like your readers to know about two things:
1. The organizers of this event did a tremendous job. We had a great time. It was well organized and everything went off without a hitch. Everyone was fantastic and friendly from the check in to the finish. I would highly recommend this ride to anyone and we will be back next year.
2. I have been in the customer service business for 37 years and I want to tell you about the exceptional service of Stephen Wade Motor Sports. On the first days ride my machine had a mechanical problem and we had to tow it back to the staging area. That is were I met Sam Barton at the Stephen Wade Booth. He called the dealership to see if he could get answers to my problem. He said the Will was at the doctor but by the time I got into town he would be back. I then met Will at the shop. He had a full schedule with customers all over the place but he was concerned that we had driven 6 hours to participate in the rally and now our machine was down. He told me to leave it with him and come back in two hours. I arrived just before closing at 6:00 p.m. Will was baffled by my machine and had not been able to fix it. His wife was waiting for him to go to an appointment they had that night. Will offered to come back after hours to continue to work on my machine. I assured him that was not necessary that my wife and I would ride double on my machine. The next morning at rally breakfast I ran into Josh Harris the manager of Stephen Wade and as we talked I mentioned we were going to ride double. He said no to that idea and told me to take the machine on display and ride it that day. Will worked diligently on my machine and had it ready Friday afternoon so we could ride on Saturday. I want to say Thank You to the ATV club for a very successful rally. Most of all I want to say Thank You to Stephen Wade Power Sports. When it comes time to update my machines I will make the 6 hour drive to do business with them. They are Great

"I purchased my bike here a little over a year ago and have since been customizing it to make it unique and to match my personality. most of what I have purchased I have ordered here. I have had some parts come in and be the wrong parts and was impressed with the way it was handled. I was treated with the utmost respect and the problem was resolved quickly. Every time I walk in to the dealership I am greeted by my fist name by most everbody that has dealt with me. I feel like I matter when I come here and there was a time when I didnt so I have definately noticed a change for the better and am impressed. Keep up the good work guys."
